“Gosh!! Where to start! I have been on a yo-yo of a health journey for several now. I am currently 55 and have too many health issues that when treated by customary approaches, mainly medication, the relief was minor with a huge helping of side effects. I’m by no means discounting the importance of medication because it is warranted in so many instances. While I am still on some medications, through working with Lynn, I have been able to trade some of the medications for supplements that has the same positive effect s on my body without the harsh side effects.
